Terms Of Agreement
1. Future Insight provides service for a minimum of 2 hours.
2.Fuel surgcharge applies and depends on driving distance (please see below)
3. Full refund will be given if reservation is cancelled within 14 days BEFORE the event date.
4. Deposit will be non refundable if cancelled within less than 14 days before the event date.
5. The deposit amount is set at 50% of full service amount (please see rates below).
6. Deposit wil be accepted via pay pal, personal check or money order.
7. The reminder balance is accepted in cash only, and will be made in person at the place of event.
Hourly Rates:
Monday - Thursday: $85.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Friday - Sunday: $100.00 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Holidays - $100 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
Travel Distance and Fuel Surcharge:
Within 70 miles round trip - $30 will apply
Within 100 miles round trip - $40 will apply
